Hoosiers Favor Medical Cannabis by 73%

Three years ago, a Ball State poll showed Hoosiers wanted medical Cannabis by 55%. On October 7, 2016, a Howey Politics Indiana poll, in conjunction with Indianapolis TV station WTHR, released a poll showing that 73% of Hoosiers want medical Cannabis.

A breakdown of the demographics show that even among those 65 years of age and older favor relegalization for medical use at 57%, the lowest score of the poll. That’s 2% over the 2013 poll. Even among Republicans, 59% favor. Among Democrats the data soars to 82%.

With almost a super majority of our citizens wanting reform, it is time for Indiana to catch up with the rest of the nation. We are now, at the time of this writing, one month away from the general election. We need to put people in the Indiana Statehouse who follow the will of the people.

And let’s make sure we stay on those in the Statehouse to get reform right…the first time.

Ok but Indiana seriously needs to legalize marijuana for medical and recreational use and cultivation because there’s so many people who need it much as I do when I seriously badly injured my spine and cant deal with the pain no more and the pills that the doctor gives you don’t cut it especially when I cannot swallow pills plus can be used for a alternative energy for biofuel also im full 100% for legalization for medical and recreational use and cultivation here in Indiana
