Indiana NORML Vice Chairman, William H. Martin, is very proud to share an independent research project done by Park Tudor Senior, Cassidy Zimmerman. This research project was done as part of the very demanding Global Scholars Program at Park Tudor High School. As mentor for this research project, Mr. Martin could not have been more impressed with the effort and hard work that went into making such a well-written and comprehensive final product.
