The Committee Chair Senator Michael Young MIGHT NOT SCHEDULE THE BILL TO BE HEARD IN COMMITTEE!
Many supporters of SB-580 have already contacted Senator Young via mail, email, and phone to encourage him to have the committee hear the bill. It is now important to contact some of the committee members and ask them to persuade Senator Young to schedule a committee hearing on bill SB-580. In particular, please contact Senators Glick, Bray, Tomes, Waterman, and Zakas and enlist their aid in getting SB-580 on the committee’s hearing schedule!
